NEW HIRE ORIENTATION PROCESS

Congratulations! We are excited to have you onboard as a Part-time Merchandiser with Lawrence Merchandising Services. Welcome to the team!

You now need to complete our New Hire Orientation program, consisting of the 5 steps listed below. All 5 steps are self-guided and REQUIRED. These are paid activities and may take an hour or more.

All steps below need to be started within two business days of receiving this e-mail.

        • Note: If you complete work in the following areas you will earn sick accrual to use in the future: AZ, CA, CT, D.C., Chicago/Cook County, Los Angeles, MD, MA, MI, Minneapolis/St. Paul, NJ, New York City, Westchester County in NY, OR, Philadelphia, RI, Austin and San Antonio in TX, VT, and WA. All of the policies are on the NI website under Resources/Employment Information.

STEP 3:

  • You may wish to print the above documents to use as a reference during the survey in Step 5.

STEP 4:

Download the Worktrak Application (including check in/out): LINK
  • You are expected to check in/out for every service while at the store. Check in once you arrive at your location, and check out once you’ve completed the service, and/or answered all survey questions.

STEP 5:

Complete a survey about the information covered in Steps 1-4.
    • Follow the instructions HERE to complete a survey about the videos you watched and information you read during Steps 1-4.
  • You will need to “Activate your Account” from the email sent to you from Natural Insight (NI) before accessing Natural Insight for the first time.

Contact your Field Service Supervisor (FSS) via phone (1-800-328-3967) or email if you have questions about any of the steps listed above.  Your FSS contact information can be found in your “New Hire Orientation Information – Welcome to LMS” email.

Immediately upon completion of the steps above, you will be able to accept regular service calls.  Please note that there may not be service calls immediately available in your territory.  Be sure to check your dashboard in Natural Insight every day to see the latest information on available calls!
