Dan Colvard comes to LMS with 35 years of senior leadership experience in both the Retail Services and the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. He has served as SVP of Jacent Strategic Merchandising and spent well over a decade with Driveline Retail Merchandising as SVP of Development. He oversaw wholesale-retail growth development for Cook Communications and was CEO for two direct to retail, full service jewelry companies. His career experience further strengthens our core deliverables and means to meet our client partners needs in the years to come.
Troy Swallows
VP, Business Development & Client Team
Troy Swallows is passionate about driving results and value for our clients. He knows what it is like to sit on the other side of the table – he spent over 17 years as an Inventory Planner, Buyer and Director of Merchandising at Target Corporation and Advance Auto Parts. In his current role, Troy leads the Sales and Client teams. Under his leadership, he has created a team and culture that is obsessed with developing smart solutions and achieving clear results for our clients. Whether it is a simple IRC placement or an extensive reset, Troy keeps the team focused on a simple goal: delivering value for our clients.
Tracy Iten
Director, Client Team
With more than 22 years of experience, Tracy Iten is an expert and veteran in the service industry. Before joining the LMS team, she managed multiple high-profile clients at one of the industry’s largest sales and marketing companies, as well as being instrumental in bringing an extensively trained merchandising team into the retail pharmaceutical market. Tracy’s experience and steadfast commitment to her clients allows her to lead even the most complex projects with ease.

Greg Knight understands retail. He has worked in the CPG industry with manufacturers and retailers for over 35 years. His inquisitive, thorough and practical nature provides him with the sought-after abilities to consistently create focused solutions that exceed client expectations and maximize their return on investment.
Dan Kenney
Director, Strategic Accounts
Dan Kenney brings more than 33 years of experience in retail and merchandising programs to LMS, including 16 years with the Walt Disney Company. His experience spans across mass, specialty, club, discount, grocery and drug channels. At LMS, Dan is instrumental in keeping our goals aligned to our clients’ goals. He builds collaborative relationships and is always focused on identifying opportunities to grow sales for our clients.
Amber Jackson
Director, Category Management
Amber Jackson leads our Category Management team. Prior to joining LMS, Amber spent 15 years at Target Corporation in core merchandising and, most recently, on the consumer insights team. She understands the consumer and knows how to translate insights into actionable recommendations. With her passion for data analysis and fostering strong client relationships, Amber is excited to further build the category management team at LMS while providing a valuable service to our clients.
Sue Schmidt
Director, Human Resources & Recruiting
Sue Schmidt has been an integral part of the LMS team for more than 16 years. In her current role, she is responsible for talent acquisition and human resources. Her team specializes in managing the unique aspects of hiring remote team members. She leads processes and programs dedicated to finding great candidates and achieving positive hiring and employee experiences. Sue is an active member of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) and a certified Senior Human Resources Professional.
